My Order I haven't received my order confirmation

You will automatically receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours. If you are missing an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or other folders with special offers.

Can I change/cancel my order after I have placed it?

No, once your order has been placed and imported into our system, it is not possible to edit or cancel it.

I received the wrong item

We apologize if you have received an incorrect item in your shipment! Please contact us and provide your order number, the name of the item, and attach a picture of the item and your return slip. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

I received a damaged shipment

If your shipment was damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact us and attach a picture of the damaged shipment.

I received a broken item

If you have unfortunately received a broken item in your package, please contact our customer service immediately with a photo of the item, and we will assist you further.
